Exchange/Return Information
  • If you wish to exchange or return items, cross-border transactions require consultation between the company and the buyer.
  • After verifying the information of the delivered goods, the company directly designates a carrier to retrieve the products.
  • If the buyer sends the goods via an arbitrary carrier, the company may refuse the exchange or return.
Precautions for Exchanges/Refunds
  • You must request an exchange/refund within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • For exchanges/refunds, the return cost should be prepaid and not enclosed with the returned goods; these will be refunded after verification.
  • If a product being exchanged is out of stock due to the customer's reasons, it will be processed as a return, and a return fee will be incurred. The remaining payment will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date the returned product is received.
  • Contracts made by minors can be canceled by the minor or their legal guardian unless the guardian agrees.
  • After consultation with the buyer, returns/exchanges can be conducted via alternative transportation methods (sea, air) other than express delivery. In such cases, the shipping costs will be negotiated based on who is at fault.
  • The right of withdrawal applies only to sample purchases. For bulk purchases, the "Article 21: Special Provisions for Bulk Purchases and Export Transactions" in the terms of service apply.
Cases Where Exchange /Refund Is Not Possible
  • For sample purchases, if the exchange/return request period (within 3 days after receipt) has elapsed.
  • For bulk purchases, if the transaction has been concluded (*Terms of Service - Article 20 and Appendix 1).
  • If the product has been used or worn to the extent that it is significantly devalued and cannot be resold.
  • If the value of the product has decreased significantly over time making it difficult to resell.
  • If the product's tag or label has been removed, separated, lost, or damaged, or if parts of a set are missing.
  • If the product was custom-made according to the customer's order and there is no fault on the company’s part.
* For fresh/chilled/frozen foods, exchanges/refunds may be limited in cases of simple change of mind.
