It's likely non-acid treated seaweed or seaweed grown without pesticides. Very First Kid’s seaweed is made from non-acid treated seaweed that is sun-dried without any artificial processes. As a result, it is possible that tiny shrimp or other small bits of natural debris may be found attached to the seaweed. These are naturally occurring during the seaweed harvesting process. Please be sure to carefully remove them before consumption. ★ Lots of Powder on the Seaweed Surface! The powder you see on the surface of the seaweed may be either 'fermented soy sauce powder' or 'seaweed calcium powder'. During the production process, sometimes the powder may excessively adhere to the seaweed. While this is a natural part of the ingredients, if you find it bothersome, please contact the customer service board at Very First Kid’s, and we will assist you promptly.

- If you wish to exchange or return items, cross-border transactions require consultation between the company and the buyer.
- After verifying the information of the delivered goods, the company directly designates a carrier to retrieve the products.
- If the buyer sends the goods via an arbitrary carrier, the company may refuse the exchange or return.
- You must request an exchange/refund within 3 days of receiving the product.
- For exchanges/refunds, the return cost should be prepaid and not enclosed with the returned goods; these will be refunded after verification.
- If a product being exchanged is out of stock due to the customer's reasons, it will be processed as a return, and a return fee will be incurred. The remaining payment will be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date the returned product is received.
- Contracts made by minors can be canceled by the minor or their legal guardian unless the guardian agrees.
- After consultation with the buyer, returns/exchanges can be conducted via alternative transportation methods (sea, air) other than express delivery. In such cases, the shipping costs will be negotiated based on who is at fault.
- The right of withdrawal applies only to sample purchases. For bulk purchases, the "Article 21: Special Provisions for Bulk Purchases and Export Transactions" in the terms of service apply.
